My Process

So, how does this work? First: a brand. A brand is a product or service that has a unique and immediately recognizable identity that distinguishes itself from others in its industry. If you already have an idea of your brand, we can work off of it. Once I finalize your brand kit, the process below outlines the steps I take to establish your new digital presence.

1. Intake Session

The goal of this session is to acquire the information I need to create your brand kit. This includes:

  • Your objectives (ex: creating an eye-catching aesthetic, boosting employee morale, cleaning up your online presence, enhancing your digital presence)

  • Information about your product or service (history, achievements, current state)

  • Characteristics you want your brand to embody (ex: powerful, exciting, inviting, caring, nurturing, intelligent, bold, progressive, homey, light, fun, bright)

2. Brand Kit Approval

Client presented with brand kit; reviews and can choose to offer notes which are incorporated.

Brand kit finalized and approved.

3. Acquiring Content

Whatever photos, videos, samples of your work that you have, send them all my way! Depending on what you have so far I will present ideas on how and what we can do for more.

4. Content Calendars

Once we finish steps 1, 2, and 3, we have the blueprint that I need to begin! Content calendars are drafted on a monthly basis and approved at the beginning of each month by the client.

5. Maintaining Social Presence

Once everything is in place for us to move forward, I maintain a social presence for your brand.

  • Consistently posting

  • Community management (social media term for engaging with followers)

  • Monthly content calendars for approval

  • Keeping content up-to-date with everything happening that you want to highlight
